How did you get the name ‘unknownocean’?
Being completely in love with the ocean (and being surrounded by it), I’ve learnt a lot of things about it. But as the saying goes, we know more about the surface of mars than we do about what lies beneath the ocean. There is so many things that are undiscovered that lie beneath the ocean that many of us cannot even begin to imagine. Therefore, the ocean is unknown.. hence the url :)

Where do you get all the things you post?
Normally, they’re photos I just come across when googling certain things. Sometimes I’ll roam across an xanga site full of wonderful photographs, none of which are credited to the original uploader/designer/maker etc. As for my quotes, either I make them up or I look for them myself. I do look for the maker of the quote but 9 times out of 10 I can’t. So, basically, they’re just snippets I come across on my internet travels and things that I adore. 

Does your Tumblr represent your personality?
It does, very much so. Whatever I post is what catches my eye. I’m not an artistic or creative person if I’m honest. But I do have my moments. I don’t express my feelings verbally therefore I do it through pictures, lyrics, quotes or music and that is basically my Tumblr.

Where do you get your themes?
I do some web designing myself but I’m not fantastic. If you do really like a certain layout, just leave something in my ask box, and maybe I’ll be able to submit you my html code. My layouts aren’t perfect and do have flaws, but they’re enough to get me by.
